Southern Grayce is not affiliated with any major brands and we do not claim any authenticity for items that may look similar. We reserve the right to refuse service. Absolutely no refunds on pre ordered items or custom items unless item is defective. We do not refund due to wrong size ordered, slightly differing color (lighting and screen do effect that) or because you don’t like the item you purchased. 

We will refund only for defective items that were a manufacturer defect but refund must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt of item.
