Returns & Exchanges: No returns for preorder/custom items unless defective.
We want you to love your purchase, so please review the following carefully:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
• Items held longer than 7 days are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange — no exceptions.
Items Must Be-
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
We Do Not Accept Returns For-
• Sizing preferences
• Color variations due to screen/lighting settings
• Change of mind
• Any non-quality-related issue
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to non-human factors (manufacturing or transit issue), please contact customer service. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate refund, replacement, or compensation.
Communication & Resolution:
We kindly ask that you contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We are always happy to help and resolve concerns. It is impossible to correct a problem if we are not made aware of it. We have put in a lot of effort to better our response time and communication- private messages will not be answered.
