Shipping policy

Many of our items are made-to-order or specially sourced just for you. Our estimated turnaround time is 14/21 business days .We say estimated due to the fact that things out of our control do happen. 

All items are preorder unless stated “ready to ship” those items will ship within 72 hours.

From time to time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (supplier issues, shipping carriers, holidays, etc.). If this happens, we promise to keep you informed along the way.

 

• Orders are shipped only to the confirmed address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is correct before completing your purchase.

• Once an order is processed, address changes may not be possible.

• We are not responsible for postal service delays, customs delays, etc. as these are determined by the carrier and local regulations.
